Through twenty plus years being an athlete I have always enjoyed and taking pride in attempting to maintain good health and staying in shape. Through trial and error, I have been able to maintain a good body weight, and I’ve discovered two primary concepts that have remained consistent, diet and exercise. I’ve also discovered that proper diet is more important than exercise.

My goal is to share with you some daily guidelines and principles that you can follow, regardless of your goal, losing weight, gaining muscle, or tuning.

The human body is capable of incredible healing abilities. For example, it has an innate ability to protect itself from illness. When your body is at optimal health, it can actually defend itself against millions of bacteria, viruses, toxins, and parasites without the aid of prescription or over the counter medications!

Unfortunately, many people are living with a body that is not performing at its peak. This can be due to a wide range of contributing factors, such as dehydration, chemicals, processed foods and beverages, pollution, and stress, which can damage a body’s natural defense system. All of these factors can cause a body to become highly acidic. This explains why countless Americans feel fatigued on a daily basis and battle sickness all too often.

Living with high levels of acidity is known as “acidosis”, which can contribute to many ailments that plague our communities. The good news is that acidosis is easy to reverse naturally! An acidic body can become properly balanced with healthy, alkaline water. Balancing your pH level is crucial to obtaining optimal health

    I play for a football team and so I have training everyday for 2 hours and so whenever i try to not eat Carbs, I feel really dizzy due to the fact that I lack energy. What would be a good diet to make a six pack quick and to make sure that I feel better in training. Iam 16 years old.. Thank You.

      I would be interested in looking at your entire diet, your dizziness could be the result of dehydration, and other refine carbs, and or too much starch. I’m not a medical doctor, but when training with that intensity be sure to over hydrate with good water close to a gallon a day. Also be sure to add a salad to your daily diet.
